Erika Flora, CSP-SM, CSP-PO is an experienced advisor, instructor, and Agile Coach across a variety of industries and sectors. She started her career as a Microbiologist turned Project Manager and has always had a passion for improving how companies manage work, deliver great products and services, and better serve their customers. In 2006, she founded BEYOND20, an IT consulting, training, and software development company based on an Agile mindset. Erika holds a Masters Degree in Microbiology from the University of Florida (go gators!). She is a skilled blogger, presenter, and the author of, Demystifying Agile, Scrum, and IT Service Management. When she's not at work or on social media (@erikaflora), you may find her performing with her indie improv troupe, Swoonface.
